How to Use Green Valet Parking
Booking Process
- Book your Green Valet Parking spot online.
- The day before your reservation, you will receive an SMS from Green Valet customer service with the exact address, access instructions, and the valet’s phone number.
- If you have chosen the valet option, go to the drop-off area (entry with ticket – 10/15 minutes free). The valet will recognize you by your license plate.
- The valet will perform a vehicle inspection (photos + mileage) before driving your car to the secure parking area.
- For vehicle return, you will receive an SMS from the return valet within 2 hours before your arrival. Meet at the same location to collect your vehicle.
Drop-off Zones
The drop-off zones at the train station and airport offer 10 minutes of free parking (+5 minutes after validation). Entry is with a ticket, which you hand to the valet. If you exceed the free period and pay at the barrier, send your payment receipt (timestamped ticket) to Green Valet for reimbursement.
